Opened up the kitchen by removing a nonstructural wall between the kitchen and dining room, and installing a support beam/columns between the kitchen and living room.Closed off door to deck, replaced insulation, drywall, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring. Added island and installed new appliances
